AI Feature Launch

I developed the Go-To-Market Strategy for a new feature on Sago's QualBoard platform - AI Summaries. This feature was much asked for by clients, so needed to hit the right note in messaging and positioning and drive demos of the platform. I coordinated a teaser campaign that a new AI capability was coming, while highlighting the platform's current AI functionality to educate while creating excitement. When AI Summaries was finally announced, the campaign saw the highest number of demo requests in the company's history, with the momentum continuing well beyond the campaign close date.

Elevate Your Recruitment

I worked closely with Executive Leadership and Sales to determine that the solution where Sago outperformed all competition was in participant recruitment, yet we rarely marketed it. I built a strategy and campaign to promote our leadership in this area and educate clients and prospects alike on the various types of recruitment Sago has to offer. This campaign launched in January 2024 and exceeded every goal set for it resulting in a 1,250% ROI in just one month - making it the most successful non-technology promotion ever completed at the company.

Sago Brand Story

In March of 2023 Schlesinger Group rebranded to Sago, but a strong brand voice or story had yet to be developed. In early 2024 I created a process to distill all of our product value propositions into an overarching theme for the company. I also examined the competitive landscape to understand how best to make Sago standout in a crowded marketplace. I explored and addressed potential challenges, and ultimately created a solid and concise brand story. This framework and brand voice is now used across the company and has allowed Sago to push boundaries and improve engagement.

Methodify for Healthcare Launch

Sago wanted to expand its automated quantitative research platform, Methodify, to a new industry and buyer type - healthcare. To do this, I worked closely with the Product Manager to research the needs of this group and develop the value proposition and messaging. I built a Go-To-Market strategy and all sales enablement materials to launch Methodify for Healthcare that successfully put this product into a new segment and continues to grow in adoption.
